The facilities are outdated, the air conditioning was noisy, and the towels were worn out!!! The negligence in keeping the shower drainage flowing is startling. The absence of night lighting makes for an uncomfortable stay.

The room provided ample space and was conveniently located near major bus terminals, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Unfortunately, customer service was lacking. requests for basic items like towels came with unexpected fees. Additionally, the dining options fell short, with the food being quite oily and unappetizing, lacking variety, and not suitable for international tastes. Housekeeping also needed improvement, as drainage issues stemmed from the shower not functioning properly.

The breakfast spread was downright delicious, y'all! I loved the variety every morning. I reckon it was mighty fine. The pool area was a nice lil’ oasis to relax. The friendly staff made it all the better, but I did miss some hanging space in that bathroom. Who doesn’t need a spot for wet clothes?

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable by providing access to transport options and delicious breakfast choices, where we especially loved the freshly made eggs.
